Strategic planning for development and strengthen of Green Phone Network held

From March, 18th 2015 to March 20th 2015. in the premise of Green Action in Zagreb Strategic planning for development and strengthen of Green Phone Network developing as well as the annual meeting of members of the Network was held. This activity is part of a partnership project “Partnerships for Environment: Developing Public and Civil Environment Protection Capacities in Croatia through practise of Green Phone Service”.
Strategic planning was conducted by a external consultant Milena Radosević representative of Activist Ltd. Through the process of Strategic Planning Green Phone Network and all its members aimed to create the joint Strategic Plan for the following three-year period as well as the Action Plan for the following one-year period, with the purpose to strive to the same goal of future joint work through Green Phone Service. Strategic planning was effective and it will certainly enhance the work of the Green Phone Network.
Beside Strategic Planning this gathering was an opportunity for all Green Phone coordinators to exchange experience and discuss current issues in the protection of the environment and nature. This project provided to the members of the Network a rare opportunity to socialize, gather and improve collaboration.
